‍Our services are outlined in the individual agreements or proposals provided to you ("Scope of Work").

Magna Marketing is committed to delivering these services professionally.

Please note that any additional services or work outside the agreed Scope of Work will require a separate agreement and will be subject to additional charges.

We do not provide extra services or work beyond the agreed scope without compensation.

‍

‍3. Communication

‍Effective communication is key to the success of our projects.

‍

We require timely responses from your side to ensure that projects remain on schedule.

‍

All official communications regarding project changes, updates, or feedback should be conducted through slack or whatsapp, which will be specified in our initial agreement.

‍

4. Usage of Our Services

‍You agree not to misuse our services.

‍

This includes refraining from requesting work not covered under the agreed Scope of Work without appropriate adjustments to the agreement and compensation.

‍

Our services should be used only as expressly permitted in our agreement and not for any unlawful purposes.

‍

5. Modifications to Terms

‍Magna Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

‍

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or upon direct communication to you.

‍

Your continued collaboration with us following any changes means that you accept and agree to the changes.

‍

6. Governing Law

‍These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

‍All intellectual property created, developed, or delivered under this agreement by Magna Marketing is the sole property of Magna Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property solely in connection with the services provided.

‍

9. Lead Generation Guarantee:

‍If you do not achieve any leads within 90 days of active service, and we have managed an ad budget of over 25,000 AED on your account during this period, you are eligible to request a refund. This ensures that you only pay for results.

‍

10. Confidentiality

‍Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the agreement.

‍

Information shall not be shared with third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.

‍

11. Dispute Resolution

‍In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution through informal negotiation initially.

‍

If unresolved, mediation or binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, may be sought before resorting to litigation.

‍

12. Limitation of Liability

‍Magna Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

‍

The total liability of Magna Marketing under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Magna Marketing for the services rendered.

‍
